What can I use the digital art for?

All digital products come with a Personal Use Licence.

You may:

• Print the files as many times as you like for your own personal use
• Use them in your own journals and craft projects
• Resize them for your own personal projects
• Keep backup copies

You may not:

• Resell the digital files
• Share them with others
• Upload them to any website
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Include them in other digital kits
• Sell print-on-demand products using the artwork
• Give the files away

Can I return or refund a digital product?

As digital files can be saved and accessed indefinitely once downloaded, we’re unable to offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

Do you ship physical items outside the UK?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery costs and estimated times for your country are calculated at checkout.

How long do bespoke or personalised orders take?

As a guide, allow around 72 hours for your piece to be designed and prepared, though this can vary with complexity and how busy we are — especially at peak times like Christmas. See Delivery Information for more.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes, on physical orders over £75. Below that, delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
