1. Who We Are
This website, www.dragonflyartsuk.com, is operated by Dragonfly Arts UK, a sole trader business owned by Belinda Marsh, of 29 Cavan Drive, Haydock, WA11 0GN, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at hello@dragonflyartsuk.com or via our Contact Us page.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Using This Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an order, and to use this website only for lawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of this website at any time, and we are not liable if the website is unavailable for any period.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our checkout, using the payment methods offered there. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where a product has become unavailable — in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Digital Products & Licensing
Most items on this site are digital products, delivered electronically. Unless a specific product states otherwise, digital products are supplied under our standard Personal Use Licence: you may print and use the files for your own personal use, in your own journals and craft projects, and keep backup copies. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or upload the files, claim the artwork as your own, include it in other digital kits, or sell print-on-demand products using it. Some products — our AI prompt generator tools, such as the Prompt Library collection — carry their own specific licence, shown on that product’s page. In general, these allow you to sell items you personally create using the tool, under your own brand, but do not allow you to resell, redistribute, repackage or share the tool itself.

5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically and are typically available immediately after payment, via download link and/or email. Physical, handmade or bespoke items are dispatched as described on our Delivery Information page, with estimated timings shown at checkout.
If you have any trouble accessing a digital download, please get in touch and we’ll resolve it for you at no extra cost.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
As digital files can be saved and accessed indefinitely once downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted. Physical, handmade or bespoke items may be eligible for a replacement or refund if faulty, damaged, or not as described. Full details are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these Terms.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all designs, artwork, prompts, tool code, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Dragonfly Arts UK / Belinda Marsh. Purchasing a product grants you the licence described in Section 4 above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork, prompts, or tools to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide this website and our products with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, and changes will apply to orders placed after the update.
