Digital Products
Digital items — including junk journal pages, printable art, fussy cuts and alphabet sets — are delivered instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, your download link will be available immediately in your order confirmation and in your account.
Physical & Handmade Items
For handmade jewellery and other physical products, UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £75. Orders under this amount will show delivery costs at checkout before you pay.
We also ship internationally — delivery costs and estimated timeframes for your country will be calculated at checkout.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and personalised pieces are made especially for you. As a guide, please allow around 72 hours for your item to be designed and prepared before it is dispatched — though this can vary depending on the complexity of your request and how busy we are, particularly during peak seasons such as Christmas. If your piece will take longer than usual, we’ll always let you know.
